Best 5-year fixed rate mortgage in Poland

The best rate on a 5 year fix today is from BNP Paribas at 6.60%. You will need at least 20% deposit. There is no arrangement fee but you must buy a life insurance and property insurance from the bank. You also need to have a current account at the bank and transfer you salary into this account.

Best variable-rate mortgage in Poland

The best rate on a variable-rate mortgage today is from ING at 7.23%. (2.39% margin plus WIRON 1M). You will need at least 20% deposit. There is no arrangement fee but you need to buy a life insurance from a bank for at least 3 years.
