Currently in Poland there are two mortgage programs backed by Polish government:

Please bear in mind that in the second program the minimum deposit is also 0% and there are no price limits per sqm for a property you are buying.
When it comes to the 100% no-deposit mortgage program (Rodzinny Kredyt Mieszkaniowy) the price limits in the third quarter of 2023 are the same as in the second quarter of 2023.

The price limits per square meters only concern apartments. There are no price limits per square meter if you buy or build a house.
